On april 18, 1982 an unidentified female was found deceased on the bank of the black warrior river in romulus. The female had been murdered by strangulation. This female was described as a white female, 34-38 years old, 5'-4" tall and weighing 110-115 lbs. She had dark brown hair, a somewhat ruddy complexion, and had a scar over her right eye below her eyebrow. A partial upper denture was in place. She was dressed in tennis shoes (size 7), blue knit pants with a stretch waistband, long-sleeved blue shirt (brand: "Preppy"), white bra and white panties. The female was never positively identified and no suspect has been charged with her death.Agency
