At approximately 8:00 p.M., east precinct officers were dispatched to st. Vincent’s east on report of a person shot. The victim was transported to uab hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. The preliminary investigation suggests the victim was at 1045 huffman road when he was shot in the parking lot of the complex. The victim was transported to st. Vincent’s east via private vehicle.
