On the evening of november 2nd, 1983 the denver fire department responded to the santa rita apartment complex on a report of a structure fire. Most of the tenants were successfully evacuated before the building was engulfed in flames. However, after the fire was extinguished, two residents of a second floor apartment were found deceased. The victims were identified as lori ann seipp and her spouse, kevin landon. The arson deaths of mrs. Seipp and mr. Landon were investigated as homicides. To date, no suspect(s) have been charged for this crime.Agency
