On july 29, 2007, reggie payne was in an apartment at the cherry hill apartments in the woodhaven neighborhood of fort worth. Some individuals reported hearing a gunshot, and seeing two black males leaving the apartment. It was determined that reginald payne died as a result of a gunshot wound.Agency
