On october 31, 2004 at approximately 1:40am shots were fired near the intersection of south ave and tallman st. Witnesses reported a fight occurred outside the b&b lounge just prior. Victim john dunlap was one of two people that suffered gunshot wounds. Dunlap later died of his injuries.Agency
