The victim had just left the area of w. 10 th ave. And federal where he had been talking with a group of females in a vehicle. As the victim drove southbound on federal blvd., a dark colored vehicle pulled along side of the victim and began firing into his vehicle. A second vehicle was also reported to have fired into the victim’s vehicle. At the conclusion of the shooting, the victim’s vehicle came to rest after it collided with a pole.
