On march 9, 1986 at 5:40 am the victim donnell brown age 32 was found shot to death outside of an apartment building at 2515 senate st. He was an off-duty scdc correctional officer. His champagne colored 1982 buick regal was missing and later recovered close by in king court apts. The victim had been robbed and a handgun belonging to him was also missing.Agency
