On tuesday, september 10, 2019 at approximately 9:50 p.M., columbus police officers were called to 1275 e. 17th avenue on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found an injured female, lying on the floor of the residence, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Cfd medic 7 responded to the scene and transported the victim to grant medical center in critical condition. At 11:32 p.M., the victim, later identified as 61yr old linda cowans, succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased by attending physicians.Agency
