On june 13, 1998, police responded to 5 lynfair court in parkville, 21234 in reference to a cardiac arrest. The victim, 27-year-old howard hemmings had called seeking assistance and was able to let police in when they arrived. Officers discovered that hemmings had sustained two gunshot wounds to his upper body. Hemmings was unable to provide any information as to who had shot him and he died later that day at the hospital.Agency
