Description: Officer-involved shooting. DSP SOAR Unit and SORT served warrant on Jeffrey Mitchem, 60, wanted for felony terroristic threatening. Mitchem barricaded in camper, threatened detonation. Trooper fired single shot hitting suspect in arm. Suspect surrendered, hospitalized with serious injuries. Charged with possession of deadly weapon by person prohibited (felony), 19 counts threatening public official (felony), resisting arrest.
