On july 23, 2017, at approximately 0117 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting in the area of 135 lassiter drive apt. 121. Officers arrived and located ferrell suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Ferrell was pronounced deceased on scene by medics. Witnesses observed a black sedan, possibly a camry, fleeing the scene after the shooting heading towards big bethel road.Agency
