On tuesday, october 26, 1999, ulysses thomas was shot in the back while he was talking on the phone outside of the 7-eleven, at 903 pecos. The suspects were last seen running west behind the 7-eleven into the palm village apartment complex. Ulysses stumbled into the store, stating he had been shot. Ulysses was transported to umc-trauma center, he was taken into surgery. Ulysses was transferred to intensive care, after surgery, were he succumbed to his wounds.Agency
