On march 22, 2005 felix olivares knocked on the door of apartment #401 at 1609 regency ct., the eagle crest apartments. Olivares stated he had just been robbed and shot by an unknown suspect. Olivares was transported to a hospital and later died. It was determined that olivares died from a gunshot wound.
