On 8/31/2013 at 0120 hours, ogden officers were dispatched to a shots fired call in an ogden neighborhood. Officers arrived in the area and located robert soto, lying on the sidewalk on his back. Soto was deceased at the scene when officers arrived. Witnesses said they heard gunshots, car doors slam and vehicle(s) accelerate from the area. Soto had left a group of friends in a back yard and walked out front to the sidewalk. When soto walked to the front of the houses, the shooting occurred.Agency
