On October 29, 1999, At Approximately 2:50 P.M., 20-Year-old Jose Holguin Was Shot In The Head While Driving With Friends Just Outside Rio Grande High School. The Victim And The Driver Of A Second Vehicle Exchanged Words And Shots Were Fired From The Second Vehicle.
