Officers were on routine patrol in denver's whittier neighborhood when multiple gunshots were heard. Upon searching the immediate vicinity, officers located the victim lying motionless in a nearby park. Emergency medical personnel were called, but unfortunately the victim died at the scene. The suspect(s) responsible for the shooting death of david tasco have yet to be identified. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the denver police department.
