Michael rainey was last seen on august 20, 1996 and on november 2, 1996 a man walking his dogs observed the skeletal remains of a human in a wash area near mile marker 41 on east lake mead rd. Through dental records the victim was identified as the missing male juvenile michael rainey. Through evidence at the location of the skeletal remains, it was determined that the victim was murdered.Agency
