On may 9, 2016, at approximately 1945 hours, the victim, raheem johnson, and two of his friends were hanging out in the parking lot of an apartment complex. All three were struck by bullets standing in the parking lot. Raheem johnson was shot in the chest and was taken to the hospital where he eventually died. The other two subjects survived their injuries. The suspects were described as two late teens to early 20's black males. One of the suspects was light skinned, the other was medium brown skinned.Agency
