In the early morning hours of june 4, 1994, baltimore county police responded to the 1600 block of york road in reference to an unconscious subject. The victim, jacques mosse, was found unconscious suffering from a head wound. Mosse was transported to a local hospital where he passed away the next day. Mosse had sustained a severe head injury which caused his death. A witness reported seeing mosse involved in a physical altercation with an unknown black male. The witness observed the unknown black male strike mosse and then take him to the ground, causing him to hit his head. The motive in this incident may have been robbery as mosse was missing money he had just withdrawn from a nearby atm
