Cold case spotlight on october 8, 2001 at 11:09am karen marchioni called 911 after being attacked in her home on nelson street in framingham, massachusetts. Responding officers found ms. Marchioni, 41, lying in a pool of blood. Two hours later she succumbed to the dozens of stab wounds to her head and neck.
