On august 27, 2010 at approximately 2:57 p.M., lvmpd call center received a 911 call reporting a male was shot. Officers responded to the 1000 block of silverman way and discovered the male identified as jean richard paul, 45, partially under a truck, deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. Through the course of the investigation homicide detectives have determined jean paul and two suspects were in front of an apartment at the above listed address engaged in a verbal argument. As a result of the argument, the suspect who is described as being an african american male 30-35 years of age, produced a handgun and fired multiple rounds at jean paul, striking and killing him. According to witnesses the two suspects fled on foot northbound through the neighborhood.Agency
