The richmond police department has identified the victim of this morning’s homicide as william l. Lee jr., 22, of highland springs. At approximately 2:19 a.M., officers responded to the aden park apartment complex in the 5900 block of glenway court for a report of a shooting. Once on scene, police found william lee jr. In a parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.Agency
