On november 23, 2000 at approximately 3:30 a.M., andre stampley was shot and killed outside the sro club at 1700 e. Flamingo rd. Officers were in the rear parking lot monitoring the crowd leaving the business when they heard gunfire in front of the business. When the officers got around to the front, they found andre stampley deceased in the middle of flamingo rd. As a result of gunshot wounds. Although there were hundreds of people at the club at the time of the shooting, detectives have not located any witnesses that will admit to seeing the shooting.Agency
