The call was later updated to a sound of shots call at 4710 cleveland, just north. At the location the officers located the victim on the south west corner of 46th terr. And cleveland. The victim was located on the ground unresponsive. The victim was observed to be suffering from a gunshot wound and ems responded. The victim was declared deceased. Det.
