Donnell louis b/m 01/19/1996 on 05/25/2018 at 1542 hours, officers were dispatched to 4616 e. 44th st. On reported sound of shots. Upon arrival officers located donnell louis sitting in the front seat of his vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound. Louis was pronounced deceased at the scene. Additional victims that were in the vehicle with louis during the shooting, stated a group of black males were shooting at them at the corner of 44th terr and lawn ave. Det.
