Richmond police department detectives have identified the victim in saturday night’s homicide on williamsburg road as scott johnson, ii, 26. At approximately 10:25 p.M., officers responded to the 2200 block of williamsburg road for a shooting. Officers arrived and found a male, johnson, ii, unresponsive outside of an apartment, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner will determine cause and manner of death.Agency
