On 03/03/2012 at 2206 hrs, dec dispatched richmond police unit 428 (officer campbell) to 3955 old brook road for a report of a person shot. Officer campbell responded and arrived on scene and found the victim, sylvester jones, suffering from a single gunshot wound with one entry to the chest and one exit wound on the victim’s back. Campbell found the victim conscious and confused.Agency
