On september 1, 2020, at approximately 1:55 p.M., patrol officers were called to respond to the area of 3666 allendale drive on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered 21yr old elijah lowe lying in front of the building. The victim had been shot and was pronounced dead at scene.
