On october 11, 1991 at approximately 10:20 a.M., police responded to 48 w. Pilkington street apt. 33 in south richmond. Upon their arrival they found the bodies of juan r. Rivera and ruth l. Foreman. Ms. Foreman was last seen alive by relatives on october 6th. Both victims had been living in the apartment.Neighbors reported hearing nothing out of the ordinary in the days prior to the discovery of the victims.Agency
