On friday, may 21, 1999, henrico police responded to the area of 617 virden court for a reported shooting. Officers arrived and located the victim lying on the sidewalk in front of the residence. The victim, identified as warren alexander bethea, was pronounced deceased at the scene and transported to the medical examiner's office for further examination.
