On saturday, may 15, 1993, at 11:30 a.M., the victim was in a vacant house located at 1606 w. Clarke street. At this time some unknown person’s entered the upper residence, tied and gagged the victim to a chair. The suspect’s then stabbed the victim several times that caused his death.
