Adrian reed w/m 2/3/1971 on july 23, 2014 at 8:54 p.M., the victim, adrian reed, drove to the intersection of bannister/james a. Reed. The victim was waiting in the left turn lane at a red light and the suspect vehicle, a dark colored suv, was in the lane next to the victim’s vehicle.
