On november 17, 2021, at approximately 0015 hours, officers were dispatched to gunshots heard on ashwood drive. After the officers did not locate anything on ashwood, they were advised by a citizen of a male lying unconscious in front of 165 kathann drive. Officers located slade face down next to his vehicle. Slade was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Slade was pronounced deceased by medics at 0041 hours. Officers were advised slade at one time lived at the complex but did not reside there any longer.Agency
