On august 1, 1975, henrico police received a call from the residents of box 74 dabbs house road. The residents reported that there was a unknown deceased male lying face down in their driveway. Officers arrived and confirmed the male was deceased. The victim, later identified as danny ray bell, was transported to the medical examiner's office and identified the cause of death as gunshot wounds to the head.Agency
