Monday, august 15, at approximately 12:48 a.M., officers were called to the 1300 block of coalter street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male, riley, down and unresponsive outside of an apartment building. He had suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation continues.
