Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in the homicide on columbia street yesterday as julius brown, 49, of richmond. At approximately 6:31 a.M., officers were called to the 1500 block of columbia street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and located an adult male, brown, down and unresponsive in the driver’s seat of a pick-up truck. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
