On september 10th, 2013 at 10:16 pm, three suspects approached a large group of people that were outside in the 3100 block of n. 25th st and fired numerous shots. Dominique was struck and was pronounced dead at the scene, a second victim was also struck, but survived his injuries. Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 23 to 24 years old, 6’2″ tall, with a muscular build. Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 23 to 24 years old, 5’9″ to 5’10” tall, muscular build, and suspect #3 is described as a black male with a dark complexion.
