On monday, january 10, 2005, at approximately 1:30 pm, members of the dc fire board responded to the 3800 block of 12th street, ne, for a reported medical emergency. Upon their arrival, they located the victim, identifi ed as aloysius roland clarke, lying in the parking lot of the riggs bank, in an unconscious state, suffering from a laceration to the back of the head. The victim was transported the washington hospital center’s medstar unit, where he was admitted and subsequently died of his injuries.Agency
