The victim and a friend had just left a local pool hall that was situated in the strip mall at west 51st avenue and federal blvd. While the victim and his friend were driving south bound on federal blvd., they became involved in a confrontation with the occupant(s) from another vehicle. It was at this point that a shot was fired from the suspect vehicle into the victim’s vehicle. The victim was struck by the gun fire. Police and paramedics responded to the location where the victim’s vehicle came to a stop. The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately did not survive from the injuries he sustained.Agency
