Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in this morning’s homicide on meadowbridge road as kevon d. Fuller, 28 of richmond. At approximately 12:08 a.M., officers were called to the 3000 block of meadowbridge road for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and found an adult male, fuller, on the ground suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced at the scene.
