On october 2, 1994 at 12:20 am the victim carlos paynter was shot and killed while standing in front of 2021 n. 41st drive by unknown suspects. Witnesses reported observing a white truck and an older model (possibly 1960’s) chevrolet impala driving slowly eastbound on hubbell street just prior to the shooting. A shot was fired from one of the suspect vehicles, striking the victim.Agency
