On march 1, 2003, bartolo salez claudio was shot and killed at the address of 159 maple street, lot#14, douglas, coffee county, georgia. This area is locally known and referred to as the oak park community. On march 29, 2003, six hispanic males were shot at the address of 325 elm street, douglas, coffee county, georgia. This area is locally known and referred to as the oak park community. Jose luis gaitan, ramon obino, juan camacho recendes, and nabor recendes were discovered deceased from gunshot wounds. The two surviving victims were able to describe the assailants as black males. Three sketches were completed with the assistance of the surviving victims in 2003. These sketches were recently updated to reflect potential changes in appearance over time (pictured above).
