On december 22, 2003 at about 1:00 am, locust st. Neighbors reported hearing gunshots on the street and then a man 29-year-old stanley washington was found lying outside 22 locust st. With at least one gunshot wound to his torso. Investigators believe the murder of washington may have been retaliation for a previous incident.
