Tremaine "Twin" newton, age 20, was found deceased in his car near the commuter parking lot located off exit 42 of interstate 95 in west haven on june 12, 2009. Tremaine was in the front seat of the chrysler concorde, which had been pushed down an embankment from the parking lot into an area of thick brush. He had been shot several times in the back of the head.Agency
