Richmond police detectives have identified the victim of yesterday’s homicide as rushard o. Grant, 40, of charleston, sc. At approximately 8:29 a.M. On monday, march 16, officers responded to the 2400 block of lamb avenue for the report of an abandoned semi-tractor cab. Once on scene, they found grant unresponsive in the front of the cab. He was suffering from apparent trauma to the body and pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
