Around 5:00 a.M. On the morning of july 30, 2001 second precinct units responded to the 5800 block of orcutt lane on a person shot inside of the residence. Ms. Erica michelle brown was found shot to death inside her apartment. According to people in the area the suspect, an unknown black male was seen running from the area of her apartment.
