On june 20, 1991, an individual walking in the area of ne 6th avenue and roselawn street heard gunshots at approximately 12:40 am. Minutes later, arthur moore, a 37 year-old african-american male, was found deceased on the sidewalk at the intersection of ne 6th and emerson. An autopsy revealed that mr. Moore had died as the result of a gunshot wound. Arthur moore was a reported drug user and may have dealt drugs to support his habit. A witness reported seeing a white man driving an older model, white 4-door volvo eastbound soon after the gunshots were heard.
