Joseph was walking with a friend near n. 26th street and w. Nash at about 2:20 a.M. When the two began to argue over the friend’s notre dame jacket. During a struggle over the jacket a car pulled up and two suspects got out. The victim’s friend held him down while one of the suspects used a dark revolver to shoot joseph in the head, causing his death. The three suspects then got into the car and fled northbound. Joseph was 18-years-old.Agency
