On the evening of august 16, 1974, at approximately 8:20 p.M.., three unidentified males pushed their way into arnette's ice cream company located at 2711 willard road to rob the business. During the robbery, one of the unidentified males shot the victim, roy arnette, in the arm and the bullet pierced a major artery. Mr. Arnette was transported to the hospital but was pronounced deceased upon arrival.Agency
