On december 28, 2017, at approximately 2:15 a.M., columbus police officers were called to 1913 lockbourne road at the sandpebble lounge on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim, later identified as 62yr old carl duncan, lying outside in the rear parking lot suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Cfd medic 14 responded to the scene and pronounced mr. Duncan deceased at 2:25 a.M.
